## Narrative

EE was roof bolting on Unit #1. He was tightening up a roof bolt when he realized he forgot to put a steel plate under the wooden roof block. The wood roof block split when he applies torque pressure. He tried to back the roof bolt out of the roof, the wood block flew off and struck him on top of his right eye and cheekbone. Received a laceration above right eyelid. 4 sutures.
