EE was waking across ground to wash out around tailpully. He had been there twice already that day. There was a washout about 1' deep. EE stepped into wash lost footing and fell back onto his left arm/shoulder. Didn't want to report it, felt it was alright. Not reportable because no lost time. 12/7/06 EE was out of work for 1st time. Shoulder no better-Dr. found torn tendon.
