An unintentional roof fall occured in the #2 entry of the Main South Entries at the +2730 foot mark. The fall occured due to the fact that the roof strata broke just above the anchor point. The fall measured 20'x30'x6'. An investigation will be conducted in all adjoining areas for adverse conditions. The fall area will be cleaned up and resupported.
