## Narrative

Employee was in the process of helping another ram car out of underpass. The underpass was very steep. The batteries on the ram cars became interlocked. The batteries came apart dropping suddenly approx. 12"" to 18"" causing the ram car that EE was operating to jar him injuring his upper back. This area is not normally traveled by ram cars. The regular travelway was blocked.
