## Narrative

The employee and the off-side roof bolter pulled the roof bolter machine into # 3 room to roof bolt a cut. The injured employee stepped over to the hand controls to position the machine, when a piece of rock 60"" x 22"" x 0-4"" fell out of the roof next to the rib line. The rock struck the employee on the head knocking him into the bolter or the floor.
