Narrative

Process engineer tripped and fell on walkway edge. The edge is located between the warehouse and the west side walkway of #1 kiln. Engineer recieved a scraped knee. Engineer cleaned his knee and stated he was ok. On 12/08/2006 the knee was swollen. We sent him to the doctor and he recieved prescription medicine
