## Narrative

Employee complained of pain in his Rt. and Lt. hand thumbs on 02/24/2006.  Employee was examined and doctor determined employee had a repetitive condition of trigger finger with pain relieved by cortisone shot or surgery.  Employee decided to have surgery on 12/11/06 and 12/27/06.  Employee is off work as of 12/11/06.
