## Narrative

The Temp EE was completing her normal duties of sampling the individual polymer makedown units checking the concentration of the product.  The sample is a 5 gallon bucket of polymer of which a small sample is taken and processed and the remainder is discarded.  In the process of moving the sample bucket across the floor, the EE felt a sharp pain in the lower back.
