10-Right section #2 Heading at approximately 2:25 pm an ignition occurred in the face. No injuries, flames lasted about 5 minutes and 3 fire extinguishers were used to put out the flame. Line curtain was 8 feet from deepest point of mining and flames did not come back past the end of line curtain.
