## Narrative

The employee was operating the continuous miner by remote when some draw rock fell on the miner. The employee backed the miner out of the place in order to remove the drawrock. As he was pulling on a large piece of drawrock, a piece 37"" long x 14"" wide x 0"" - 3.5"" thick broke out and slid down onto his little finger and outside of his right hand.
