## Narrative

Miner was drilling in the 351N stope and lost water pressure. In an attempt to locate the problem, he was walking along, looking up at the pipe when he tripped over a rock, causing the injury. Initially treated a first aid, but still felt a nagging twinge and a month later finally asked to see a dr, who took him off work 12/13/06 for ten days to rest.
