## Narrative

A mechanic was lying down inside the 1st stage blunger tank at 1-C Cowles attempting to remove the bottom blade.  After an unsuccessful attempt at removing the blade, the mechanic lost his balance causing his left hand to come intact with the blade.  He sustained a laceration across the palm of his left hand.
