## Narrative

The turbo on a 992 loader caught fire and the employee pulled the fire extinguisher system and climbed off the loader. As the employee went back to shut off the engine, he heard a loud ""puff"" and as he went to run - his knee gave out and he fell on the ground hurting his ribs.
