A fall was discovered in the No. 6 entry of No. 1 north about 60' inby survey station No. 1230. The fall measures approx 40' long x 20' wide x 6' high and will not be cleaned up. There were no injuries or equipment involved and ventilation was not affected. This mine is idle and the equipment is being removed from the mine.
