## Narrative

Employee was working on top of the screw conveyor housing which is 18""above the catwalk. He stepped off of the screw, leading with his left foot. When his foot touched the catwalk his knee popped then twisted in towards his right knee. His upper body twisted to the left. EE felt instant pain in his left knee & it caused his to fall to the catwalk.
