## Narrative

Employee was putting a bellypan on a cat dozer. He put his knees to his chest & pushed with his feet. In doing so he felt a pop in his back on the right side of his ribs. He continued to work his shift & also his next shift before going to the hospital on 12/9/06. He then went back to the clinic on 12/13/06 & was put on light duty.
