Narrative

Employee was marking out drill pattern & stepped on a loose rock, twisting his knee. He stated it was an old injury he hand gotten while drilling in Colorado. He decided to go to the Dr., nothing was found wrong. He went back & he was scheduled for an MRI on 12/1/06. Nothing was found wrong again but the Dr. decided to fit him with a leg brace.
