Narrative

A roof fall occurred adjacent to the 4B belt on the 1 Left 4 West 2 right panel at crosscut 9 between entries 3 and 4. The cause of the fall was weak laminated shale. The fall blocked the travel route for examiners on the return side of the 4B belt.
