Narrative

Employee was cleaning equipment with a cleaner/degreaser when it splashed on his face. Flushing of the skin was administered on site. On 12/24 the employee experienced increased facial redness and swelling - possibly an allergic reaction. He received prescription medication. On 12/26 the reaction was worse and he was admitted to the hospital for treatment.
