## Narrative

EE sustained a hernia while stretching over a cross-beam and pulling on a wrench to loosen a hydraulic hose. He felt a pain in the abdomen and it was still hurting the next day, so he was sent to the Dr. The condition did not improve any and surgery was required to correct it. First day of lost time was 12/27/06.
