1st left section #7 Entry 1-Break inby spad 10543. Rock caught CM in face cut. Area started working, crew retreated. A roof fall occurred and 3 rows of roof bolts were lost. The area was dangered off, fall reported & additional roof supported added.The CM was recovered with a hyd. retreiver. The fall was approximately 16'W X 35'L X 5'H. The bolted portion contained 4'resin bolts.
