## Narrative

A roof fall was found at x-cut 45 entry #5 SRMS. Fall was in four way intersection that was mined March 15th 2003. Area was supported with 6' full resin bolts. Props are being set around fall. No clean up is planned. No injury resulted and intake stopping was destroyed.
