## Narrative

A roof fall was found at 6:55 pm in 5 right main south unit at 23 x-cut #2 entry. Fall was in a 4 way intersection that was mined January 1, 2003. Area was supported with 6' full resin bolts. Return stopping was damaged when fall occurred. Stopping was rebuilt and breaker props were set around fall on all sides. No injuries occurred due to fall.
