On 1/4/07, an unintentional roof fall occurred on the 3rd South return, 28 cross cut, number one entry. This roof fall was supported with 10' point anchor roof bolts. The roof fall measured 80' long x 18' wide x 10' high. The roof fall will not be cleaned up.
