EE sustained a laceration to the right side of his forehead while operating a D10 dozer. A pathway had been cut during the previous shift by the D10 dozer. After the run was completed, the dozer operator decided to help push bauxite to the other hopper. When he crossed the mound with the dozer, it came crushing down to the ground.
