Narrative

Injured & co-worker were bolting #3 entry on 001 section. They had put up the 1st row and were starting on 2nd row. Injured was drilling his 1st hole when a rib rolled off without warning knocking him to the ground, pinning him against the pinner. The rock was approximately 6' x 2' x 7 1/2'.
