The #8 elevator was out of service for a period of time exceeding 30 min. from 5:45pm to 8:10 pm. Six EEs were on the elevator at the time. The electrical power was off due to a supply problem from West Penn. The power would not set to the elevator after the power was restored. The main drive unit was changed & all 6 EEs were removed from elevator with no injuries reported.
