Narrative

He was exiting motor. He placed his (L)foot on the ground, his (R)foot became stuck on motor causing him to place pressure on (L)knee. He continued at his regular duties. He eventually was taken off work for an operation to repair his left knee. The diagnostic report includes a prominent degeneration of the body & posterior hirn of the medial meniscus. Occupational injury
