## Narrative

EE and co-worker were moving the roof bolter machine. A miner cable was laying on the mine floor; the crew needed to cross the cable. He was removing the cable crossover pad from the machine to position on the floor. When turning with the crossover pad in his hands, he bumped the side mounted light frame catching his left ring finger between the crossover pad & the light frame.
