Narrative

Unit # 2 - Employee was restacking concrete blocks on a pallet when one end of a block got hung up on an uncut band. This caused employee to drop one end of concrete block on left index finger causing a crushing injury, resulting in sutures. NO LOST TIME. MEDICAL TREATMENT ONLY.
