Narrative

B1 # 3 Seal - Employee was roof bolting between #5 & #6 Seal when a piece of rock fell from between bolts. Rock struck right hand causing a laceration, resulting in sutures. NO LOST TIME. MEDICAL TREATMENT ONLY.
