On 1/11/07, an unintentional roof fall occurred on the 1st South panel off the 2nd West Sub Main, #8 entry. This roof fall was supported with 6' & 10' point anchor roof bolts. The roof fall measured 30'l x 18'w x 10'h. The roof fall will not be cleaned up.
