## Narrative

Employee was bolting a heading with split sets. The split set driver momentarily stuck inside the set allowing the air to bleed off causing the Jack Leg to drop quickly. He tried to catch the falling Jack Leg. He felt a ""popping"" sensation in his left shoulder. Employee had surgery on his shoulder on 1/19/07.
