Dredge operator stood up in the john boat, lost his balance, fell, and hit his lower back on the john boat. Employee reported to management, appeared OK, & refused medical treatment. On Jan. 28 employee reported pain. On Jan. 29 employee was taken to a doctor. Doctor issued ""no work"" restrictions until Feb. 5. Although, employee is expected to return without restrictions.
