## Narrative

Employee was removing cable from benita clips when the cable fell. The weight of the cable caused shoulder pain. As of January 26 He was still experiencing pain and was taken off work pending additional medical evaluation. A rotator cuff tear was diagnosed on January 30, 2007. Surgical repair is being scheduled.
