Unintentional roof fall discovered. Location: North East Mains Panel; #1 entry; left of station 2509. Section idle - no injuries or property damage. Mined 11/11/2006. Previously supported with 6' full grout resin roof bolts and 10' cable bolts. Fall measured approximately 9'H X 18'W X 18'L. Will not be cleaned up.
