Driver for White River Petroleum Co. was attempting to deliver diesel for the over-the-road tank. He was apparently using the access ladder and fell striking the top of the containment wall. This wall is (23"") in height, and the top rung of the ladder is (54"") from the containment floor. This person has (6) fractured ribs and will likely miss at least four weeks.
