## Narrative

While bagging product, the employee leaned on the belt to see if it was would start going.  The belt started and sucked his left hand and glove into the belt.  This caused the skin to be torn off of three fingers on his hand.  He was taken to seek medical attention. He did not receive stitches. He was given a full work release.
