A roof fall occurred in the 2nd West Submain, entry #3, crosscut #19. The fall was approximately 20' long, 20' wide and 8' tall. The area was bolted with 6' & 8' point anchor bolts. The fall didn't affect ventilation, travel, cause injury or damage equipment.
