EE was attempting to replace a leaking 3"" water hose on the dredge. He took a hacksaw and began to try to cut the hose. He had performed this task in the past. When he cut into the hose the water/coolant was under pressure and sprayed onto his left arm causing some possible second degree burns. He went to the doctor and had some bandages applied. He was back to work the next day.
