Narrative

Employee was involved with removing a shaft that held the spoon on overland one belt. As the shaft was being driven through the side of the chute, EE had ahold of the other side, trying to pull/guide it out. When the shaft went through the side it was being driven from, it dropped into the chute and EE's hand was smashed between the shaft and the I beam on top.
