## Narrative

Employee was trying to unstop dust tank and was beating on the tank with a piece of 2"" pipe instead of a sledge hammer. He beat on the tank for a total of 4 hours to keep it feeding. Kenny came in on 2/8/07 around 1:30 P.M. for his next scheduled work time and reported to his supervisor that he hurt his shoulder.
