He said he was walking the belt line @ #1 belt & 1 break inby #A head. He said he was looking at the belt roller & allegedly stepped on an anchor pin & turned his foot. He left at end of shift & didn't report alleged incident/injury to immediate supervisor. He said he went to hospital 2/13 & had his right foot xrayed & no breaks were found. He said he was referred to another dr.
