Narrative

Employee slipped because of ice. He reached/raised his left arm to ""catch"" himself on an electrician's van (vehicle) he was walking beside and sprained his shoulder. The employee reported the fall, but continued to work. Went to Dr 2 days after. MRI showed rotor cuff injury.
