## Narrative

EE stated he was pulling water hose onto dozer. The hose got hung up on blade causing his right little finger to bend back. The ee continued to work his regular duties with intermittent trauma causing discomfort & swelling. He has been diagnosed with inflamation in his wrist & little finger. X-rays show no fractures or dislocations. He was taken off work 2/5/07.
