## Narrative

Employee was working in the precipitator with the electrician to install shock bars.  Employee was receiving the shock bar from the electrician.  Employee said to stop pushing the shock bar and eletrician did not hear him due to noise.  With electrician still pushing shock bar, employee's left hand got pinched between shock bar and frame of precipitator.
