Fall occurred in between #3 & #4 entries - 3rd East intake, at 23+80 (34 xcut). The fall was 6' high, 20' long, 18' wide. 6' fully grouted bolts had been used. Fall did not stop travel or ventilation. Fall will not be cleaned up.
