Employee was lifting a hydraulic hose onto a rack and felt pain in his left shoulder and upper arm. Pain persisted and employee received an MRI on 2/16/07. On 2/20/07, his physician diagnosed a left rotator cuff tear. Employee is on restricted duty until date of possible surgery in March.
