Narrative

EE was coming down stairs @ end of shift, bottom of stairway under construction. 9"" steps at bottom of stairway, had to step up onto a 13"" I-Beam, stepped off I-Beam and on the ground were two pieces of steel conduit. EE stepped on conduit, the conduit rolled and EE twisted left ankle and fell to the ground.
