A roof fall occurred on the Main North Track, #4 Entry outby 14 Passway at 19 X-cut. Fall was 20' wide, 25' long and 6' high. Fall occurred die tothe detrioration of the immediate roof around existing bolts. The area was supported with 8' expander shell roof bolts w/2' resin anchor. Area was mine in Oct 1993. Cribs were set along clearance side cross-cut.
